Geyer Perth and BGIS have designed a contemporary, inner-city workplace at 108 St Georges Terrace, creating an interesting, innovative and adaptive space. The speculative fit out imparts a cool, modern industrial aesthetic which combines striking angles, polished concrete floors, bursts of colour and planting to enliven the light filled interior and deliver an energetic, aspirational workplace.
Peta Rae, Geyer Design Manager said, “The show suite is a progressive concept that results in a dynamic interior environment with spaces that encourage collaboration and innovation. The result is an energetic and inspired workplace that is a benchmark for businesses who are looking to create a forward thinking business environment in the Perth CBD.”
The agile working environment exaggerates the site’s expansive ceiling space and boasts industrial city scape views from its fourth floor vantage. The space has scope for tenants to personalise the built form to suit their operational needs. This is assisted by the Stylecraft loose furniture ranges supplied for the project including Catifa 46 Sled Base chairs by Arper, Duet Barstools by Ross Gardam, Home1 Lounges by ESO and Guell Modular System by Derlot Editions. Silhouette Table Lamps in anodised black by Ross Gardam add simple sophistication to the reception desk and adjacent meeting room.
